Well I have decided to go on another fast. I was on one for three days last week and I lost 6.2 lbs which is pretty incredible. After seeing those results ...who could resist? I am hoping that once I am done with this fast I will lose another 6 lbs...that would be so wonderful. I will keep everyone updated with my results and how im doing. I have a ton of thinspirations to keep me going. I just have to resist all the temptation that life puts in front of me. Wish me luck!!!!

Ok since monday I had been doing so well on my diet. I was staying well under my limit of 700 calories until last night! I had a total of 825 calories last night!! I feel horrible today
:( Im leaving to go out of town tomorrow with the family and it is going to be so hard to keep up with my restrictions but I am going to do what I can! I will write more when I get back!!

I wasnt too proud of yesterday I could have done better...I will post more later :)
